Pepsi's BRISK Bodega

In Partnership with Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace, 2012

In an effort to engage one of the most influential and growing population segments, the urban multi-cultural Millennials in the U.S., worked with Brisk to develop unique and authentic events for the “Brisk Bodega” campaign, which included legendary hip-hop producer, Just Blaze, and a diverse group of artists to bring various art installments to life.

With the increasing attention being garnered by the 3D theatrical release of Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace, Brisk Ice Tea partnered with SA Studios to open a 24-hour pop-art experience and gallery in LA, NY, and SXSW celebrating Star Wars’ overarching influence on pop culture. Brisk Bodega showcases art from some old friends of Juxtapoz, including POSE and Mark Dean Veca, along with art from Artek, Jasper Wong, Leo Eguiarte, Dual Forces, Eye One, and Tristan Eaton. Each artist was given the mandate to create under the theme of Dark Side vs. Light Side.
